S1 is fully air-conditioned to all rooms and benefits from sliding fly screens to all windows and doors..

Double rooms - All different rooms, furnished with antiques, costly marbles and terracotta floors. Most of rooms have frescoes on the walls.

2 bedrooms - one with king size bed and patio doors leading onto the terrace and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. A large mirror unit and hairdryer. Travel style cot suitable from birth to approx 2 years.

Guest Room - Spacious room with sitting area. Furnished with antiques, costly marbles and terracotta floors

Kitchen - fully fitted with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, full oven and four ring hob, microwave, pots pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Truly EVERYTHING you could need for a self catering holiday.

BEACHES

Several lovely beaches in the area, Sharks Bay is just a few minutes away. For a small charge, including transport, you can enjoy all the facilities here ie boat trips, banana boats, restaurants, Bedouin area, a really enjoyable day out. This is the ideal place for diving or snorkelling to experience this amazing underwater world

Nabq Bay is set on a lagoon with lovely sand and shallow water. This is great for children and those less confident in the water. Kite surfing, camel rides, horse riding electric bikes are all available at this beach. Access and transport available from complex.
