S1 is fully air conditioned and consists of 2 bedrooms. one with king size bed
and one with twin beds.

The King size bedroom - has sliding doors leading onto the terrace that runs the width of the apartment so gaining access from both the sitting room and the bedroom.
Both bedrooms are complete with wardrobes, plenty of storage, a hairdryer is provided and a large mirror unit is in each bedroom. |

The kitchen - is fully fitted with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring hob. microwave,toaster, kettle plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Everything you could require for a self-catering holiday. We have also supplied an iron and ironing board. |

The well furnished lounge - has a sofa bed ideal for adult or two children, TV for use with DVD player, CD player, comfortable chairs and coffee table.

Bathroom - with granite topped vanity unit, toilet and bath with over bath shower.
All linen , towels and pool towels are provided. |
Should you require group bookings this is not a problem, as other
apartments on the same complex can be arranged 4 you.

BEACH/HOTEL ACCESS.
We are lucky to have access to two hotels. |

The 5* Sea Club - is within easy walking distance approximately 750mtrs. All the facilities of the hotel including beach, pools, gym , sun loungers, towels and of course the beautiful beach are available for a small charge. |
|
The 2nd Hotel is the Regency - a short car journey away and with a small admission charge (transport is included in the admission charge). Again you can use all the facilities but with this hotel we have our own sun loungers and you should take your own towels. This beach has camel and horse riding and Sharms only kite surfing school is along this beach.

Sharks bay - again a short car journey away and with a small admission charge (transport is included in the admission charge) gives access to the beach, and all the water sports available here, restaurants, Bedouin area, shops, a really lovely day out. |
