Additional Rate and Availability Information

• Rate is based on up to 4 persons sharing. for more than 4 please add £20. Electricity and water are charged separately and paid to admin. As everyone's needs vary this has proved to be the most popular way of charging.
  
• All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
  
• Apartment will be clean and ready for your arrival with all beds made. Laundry will be done at the end of your stay. Should you require additional cleaning/laundry during your holiday this can be arranged with admin for a small charge.

• An inventory check will be taken on your arrival and departure.We do not ask for a breakage deposit we trust our guests to inform admin of any damage.
• £75 non-refundable deposit required on booking with balance required 6 weeks before date of arrival

• Full information pack provided on booking, with our continued contact throughout.
  
• Payment can be made by personal cheque, international bank transfer or directly into UK bank account.
